Vet Care

Senior Care Club

Overview

Golden Years, Golden Care

Pets over eight get their own club: twice-yearly health screening, joint-friendly exercise plans, soft diets and the warmest beds in the house. Members also get priority vet slots and a direct line to our nurses.

The Challenge

Ageing pets hide pain well, and owners often mistake stiffness or quietness for "just getting old". We wanted screening that catches small changes early, without stressful clinic marathons.

Our Approach

A single relaxed visit covers weight, joints, teeth, eyes and bloods, followed by a written comfort plan — ramps, raised bowls, shorter walks, pain relief where needed. Rechecks happen at home whenever possible.

The Outcome: More Good Days

Members' mobility scores improve within three months on average, and owners tell us the comfort plans gave them their playful pet back.
